The Master of Arts in Christian Leadership program through Online and Professional Studies at California Baptist University prepares students to have the knowledge required to work within a multitude of professional, managerial, and leadership roles with church and parachurch organizations, thereby providing evangelical churches with larger numbers of qualified leaders who have the knowledge, character, and skills to guid and move these organizations to greater effectiveness.  Candidates for the program include individuals starting their careers in church leadership, as well as persons seeking career advancement into leadership roles.
