This practical experience includes observation, practice, and service to provide students with opportunities to apply Social Work principles in a global context. Cultural awareness and sensitivity as well as an understanding of Social Work as applied to displaced populations are key components of this class. Students will apply knowledge acquired through Social Work Practice with Displaced Populations to meet practical needs in international communities.
