The Doctor of Public Health (DrPH) degree at California Baptist University signifies distinguished scholarly accomplishment in the professional field. The online DrPH program provides extensive training to develop leadership skills necessary to respond to rapidly shifting, sometimes unanticipated challenges facing public health and healthcare systems. The focus of the DrPH program is to develop public health leaders who can integrate evidence-based science into public health practice, apply models and theories to address chronic and emerging issues locally and globally, and to demonstrate ethical leadership in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams. The program is designed to develop innovative leaders who seek to maximize impact in public, private, and non-profit organizations. Created with flexibility for the working professional, the 70-74-unit online DrPH can be completed in three years. Curriculum and coursework are designed to prepare health professionals to respond to emerging public health challenges through advanced training in development, implementation, and evaluation of public health programs, organizations, and policies. The DrPH program helps students attain the knowledge and skills required to advance as organizational leaders, public health policymakers, practitioners, educators, and researchers.

- Principles and Methods of Epidemiology (or equivalent)
- Biostatistics (or equivalent)
- Research Methods (or equivalent)
