The Actuarial Science degree program is designed for students who wish to pursue a career as an actuary or in other areas of industry dealing with risk management. The program is designed to prepare students to take the first two actuarial exams (Probability and Financial Mathematics) and has been approved by the Society of Actuaries (SOA) for Validation by Educational Experience (VEE) in all three areas of Mathematical Statistics, Economics, and Accounting and Finance.
