Pharmaceutical Sciences, BS

This degree is designed to prepare students for both graduate programs in Pharmacy (PharmD)  and related areas (Master’s and Ph.D. degrees in Medicinal Chemistry, Pharmacology, etc.) in addition to entry-level pharmaceutical research, sales, and industry positions.  The major builds on a foundation in disciplines that are the basis to understanding the pharmaceutical sciences (chemistry, biology, math, physics, economics) while providing specialized instruction in pharmaceutical-related Biology and Chemistry courses at the upper-division level.
