Faculty Information

Communication is a foundational skill in all sectors of the professional world. And, in a rapidly shifting environment, there has never been a more critical need for excellent communicators.

Our BA programs in Broadcast & Digital Media Production, Communication Studies, Digital Media Communication, Journalism, Public Relations, and Strategic Communication integrate deep conceptual knowledge with strong practical experience through close collaboration with faith-based faculty mentors whose influence stretches from scholarly research to creative communication production. As a result, students do more than master the technical skills of the discipline: they learn to think critically about the way messages are created, conveyed, and consumed in modern society.

To further expand conceptual knowledge and skills, we offer an online Master of Arts in Strategic Communication, designed to deepen students’ understanding of the historical, cultural, social, global, and political dimensions of communication. Coursework in the M.A. in Strategic Communication equips students with the tools to examine the role of communication in all areas of life while challenging them to integrate biblical thought within contemporary cultural concepts. Students will develop communication programs and campaigns for work in strategic communication, public relations and media.
