SPP 410 - Psychology of Sport Injury

This focus of this course is on addressing the practice of Sport Psychology while identifying cognitive variables that may hinder athletic performance. The complex physical and psychological nature of injuries will be discussed, including theoretical foundations of behaviors, psychological intervention of performance problems, and strategies/mental health issues related to athletic injury.
