HIS 101 - Introduction to the Discipline of History

When Offered: Fall
This course is designed to introduce History majors to the academic field of History and the History Program. The course provides an overview of the variety of historiographies found within the field-American, European, World and Classical. This course encourages students to examine their own philosophical presuppositions as they learn to think about the study of history from a Christian perspective. There is also substantial opportunity for building connections with faculty and fellow majors.
